Our Mission Partners

Synergy Village

Trinity members, Loren and Adele Funk, started Synergy Village. It is a co-housing environment providing programs for motivated individuals who have experienced personal setbacks, but now seek support in their journey to greater independence and community engagement.

Synergy’s light shines through faithful volunteers who serve regularly in ESL classes and resident support programs, such as driving lessons and job application training. Synergy is seeking additional volunteers and financial support to help expand these vital efforts.

Jonathan and Esther Sweeting

In Laos, we rejoice over the beginning of a new semester marked by graduations, orientation, and the Sweetings’ first team game night, as well as opportunities to invest in their small group. Through teaching English and traveling with their leadership cohort, God continues to open doors for meaningful conversations with students beyond the classroom.

Shankar & Esther Pawar

In India, the first-ever disciple-making training among the Araku tribal people in Andhra Pradesh is sparking a historic movement of faith. This effort is being strengthened through ongoing leadership development and the provision of motorcycles that enable pastors to reach even the most remote villages with the Gospel. Plans are also underway for a new Disciple-Making Training Center, which will equip leaders from across the nation for long-term impact, bringing hope and the light of Christ to entire communities.

We believe that the normative way that Christ Jesus spreads his light into the world is through his Body on Earth, the church. By planting churches, we pass on the flame of the Gospel to ignite a fire in a new community. 

During our lifetime we have had the privilege of raising up and sending out six communities of light into our city, our state, and our country.
