Youth and Family Team

The Youth and Family Team exists to cultivate greater Christ-likeness in the children and youth of the diocese.

We serve the diocese’s churches by connecting youth and children’s ministry leaders, equipping churches with curriculum resources, and providing leadership training. Below you will find some of our featured resources, an email submission form to be informed about our monthly Zoom calls, and our team’s bio and contact info. If you need support or prayer, please reach out to us!

Our Team

After sensing God's call on my life to become a pastor when I was a teenager, I studied at Moody Bible Institute and then Denver Seminary. I served in youth and family ministry for 9 years, working within both small church plant contexts as well as large established churches. I now serve as rector of All Saints Anglican Church in Buena Vista, Colorado, where I live with my wife Megan, and my boys Orson and Ames. I am passionate about seeing teenagers experience the love of God and the transforming power of the gospel, and seeing youth and children's ministers encouraged and championed in their important work.

It is my great privilege to serve as the Children’s Pastor at Wellspring Church in Englewood, Colorado. I have been in some form of children’s or youth ministry for the last 8 years, over half of those being at Wellspring. My husband, Zac, and I met in college at Colorado Christian University where I studied Theology and Youth Ministry. We have one son, Graham, who is the light of our lives! I am passionate about cultivating a children’s ministry where children can learn about Jesus’ everlasting love and belong in community.

I serve as the Pastor of Students and Families at Advent Anglican in Woodinville, WA, and have been involved in family ministry leadership for over a decade. I went to the University of Washington for my Bachelor's in Communication, and earned my MA in Biblical and Theological Studies from Western Seminary. I'm married to Karaline and have three daughters: Posy, Felicity, and Natalia. I love getting to see people of all ages receive Jesus' offer of abundant life.

I currently serve as the Connections & Discipleship Minister at Trinity Anglican in Littleton, but before this I served as one of the coordinators on the family ministry team. I attended Moody Bible Institute and Denver Seminary with the full intention of one day being a professor because of the passion God had given me for Biblical and theological education. When God made clear His call on me to go into full-time church ministry, I knew that the passion for education would never absent from my ministry. This is how I hope to serve and aide the youth & family ministries of our diocese: to equip and to come alongside all those who have been tasked with passing down the faith to the next generation.

As the Kid Pastor at International Anglican Church in Colorado Springs, I am humbled to live out my passion of communicating who God is to children. What a gift that we get to be part of helping kids see the deep love He has for us and champion them in their worship! I live in Colorado Springs with my husband Nick and our dog Wilson. Inviting kids into liturgy, the church calendar, and sacraments brings me great joy! I believe we have much to learn from the way they respond in awe & wonder to these acts of worship.
